Our Recurring Maintenance Plans
Recurring Care Plans — Ongoing, scheduled stewardship on the frequency and level of care your property needs. Best for homeowners who want their landscape consistently maintained without having to think about it. We offer the following frequency of landscaping maintenance plans:
- Bi-weekly (every other week)
- This option is best for keeping on top of your garden bed and landscaping before shrubs get out of shape and weeds / debris accumulate.
- Our groundskeepers get to know your property throughout the year, keeping up with seasonal weeds, prunings, and debris collection. Your landscaping is cared for all year!
- Monthly
- This more intensive option delivers a landscape thoroughly maintained after a longer period in between service.
- Quarterly
- The quarterly option is treated as a seasonal reset. Keeping your landscaping property cleanups on a recurring basis ensures consistency in scheduling.

Common Questions About This Service
Property cleanup requirements vary based on how long areas have been neglected and what specific conditions need addressing.
What is included in every visit?
Every visit includes:
- Bed weeding and weed management
- Edging of beds and hardscape lines
- Debris and litter removal
- Blowing and cleanup of all worked areas
- Visual plant-health check, with notes on anything that needs attention
Shrub and hedge prunings are completed as required, and as appropriate for the type of shrub on your property. We will identify what types of plants you have in your landscaping during our initial consultation and communicate when is appropriate to have them pruned during the year to ensure you are able to enjoy them to their fullest. For example, we do not prune budding or flowering shrubs. We want you to enjoy the color!
What happens to removed vegetation and debris?
Material collected during a property cleanup is disposed of properly. Recurring plans typically have a lower volume of debris, therefore it is likely to be bagged and hauled away. That said, if our Groundskeepers determine the volume of accumulated debris to be too much to be hauled away in a standard trailer (i.e. if a storm wrecked havoc on your property, a tree fell, etc.) we will communicate to you and schedule a dumpster and appropriate cleanup package.
If I have a request can I ask the Groundskeepers to complete it while they are here?
Yes! Our Groundskeepers will be happy to accommodate requests within the scope and time parameters of their visit. Not all requests may be able to be satisfied, however.
Please note that our Groundskeepers have specific scopes of responsibiility and may not be able to accommodate all requests, or those outside what they have been trained to do. They follow a checklist and are under a time commitment to complete each visit.
When a request is made, the Groundskeepers will call back to the office to confirm the request falls within the scope of their skills. If the request is large enough such that an additional visit needs to be made the office will reach out to you to quote and schedule the additional visit.
